Does My Pleco Have Fin Rot?

Well that's my best guess but I'm really not sure. I bought some T.C. Tetracycline by API just incase but I wanted to see what you guys thought.

it seems fine to me, my pleco has strange whitish areas too i wouldn't worry unless it appears to get worse

ahh, got you. perhaps an injury? i cant see any obvious signs of rot.
