Looks like a Synodontis Eupterus, featherfin synodontis, or featherfin squeaker. Stunning fish, need to be kept on their own (as it not with other catfish) HUGE appitite, large tank needed as they can swim really fast, grows (according to the net) to 6-8" mine is approx 7" now.
 
Yep Star has it :) I had one a few years ago and it got upto about 9 inches, mine was ok with other catfish and lived with Bronze Cories and I also had a group of Botia Histronica in the tank. It was probably 8 years ago I had it but it is still one of the stand out fish I have ever kept, they lived under the filter box in the Juwel tank I had at the time but I would often find it swimming upside down under the wall of giant valis the tank had at the time.
 
A great fish and an all to commonly mis-sold one, my local LFS always has loads that have been rehomed.
