Does Anyone Have Any Experience With Pet Supplies Plus?

I went there to get my water tested, and they were very friendly there. Plus, the tanks were kept crystal clear. And those platys... when I wiggled my fingers near the tank they all crowed up, and they even followed my hand. The bettas though, didn't look good at all.
