Does anybody knows Nomorhamphus liemi breeding?

Hi! I have a question of liemi halfbeak. I want to breed them but i have 30cm tank and there's a pair of liemi halfbeak. I think water is littlebit alkali. Is it possible to breed them in that tank? Wants Advice
