Fish Crazy
Don't know if any of you know the new Dobbies garden centre in Speke Liverpool thats not long opened, well they have an aquatic centre in there, I popped in there today for a nose around, after my daughter pointed out the numerous amount of dead fish in the different tanks an assistant went round with a net and a brown paper bag and fished out around a dozen fish and this was while the sop was rammed with people!.
The best was a conversation between a customer who was asking about keeping platties, she was worried about if she kept males and females together would it run the risk of them breeding in her tank, the assistant told her that platties have a horrible habit of eating the eggs so breeding is not a problem, you could not make it up!!!!!!!!!!!!!
