i love mine. they got guts and they are loyal. my girlfriends family came to our apartment on monday. when they looked at the tank with the convicts in it, all the cons hid. but when we walk up they come over and say hello or maybe "gimme food human" either way they totally recognize us and that's cool

I love and hate mine I think convicts are beautiful fish (esp. the Rio Chuloteca morph ) but I think that they shouldn't be sold in stores. They really are a nuisance; bog-standard ones are little murderers and they breed like there's no tomorrow. People wanting convicts should be forced to find them on the black market like all other dangerous substances.
