Do Vallis Required Root Tabs?

Hi,

As title says, I've just got myself some Twisted Vallis, and was wondering do they need some root tabs?

Now the tank stats:
Tank - 60 l
Lighting - 2 x 15W T8, on for 12 hrs a day
Substrate - Aquatic Compost + Sand
Bogwood

Dosing - EI + Flourish Excel (alternatively)

Other plants:
E. Bleheri (with root tabs)
Hygrophilia Polysperma
Microsorium Pteropteris
Java Moss

Tankmates:
11 Gold Tiger Barbs (which needs rehoming asap)
4 C. Habrosus
3 Red Cherry Shrimps

I have Vallis and only dose liquid ferts, no root tabsand in plain old sand and it's sending out runners all over the place

ditto, IMO no plant needs root tabs although they can be beneficial, IMO all plants are capable of nutrient uptake through there leaves as a pose to roots.

vallis will be fine
