it is 3", he/she has somewhat rounded dorsal/anal fin, it has a blue end at the end of its anal fin not green, and doesnt seem to have a horn on its head or anything like that, he/she is also very very peaceful doesnt bother noone including some goldfish i bought(not here anymore) and also loved to get chased by a 2-3x smaller firemouth and a gourami 24/7 so by the behaviour/description is it a male?

Behaviour is not a good way to sex cichlids. Females can be just as aggressive it just depends on the fish. My female Blue acara is more aggressive then my male. Head shape is a good way to tell along with the fins. Color does not mean a thing males and females are both colourful. Rounded fins and not having that large bump that develops on the males I woulld say it sounds female. But you really should post a photo.
