Do Real Rock Carved stone rise PH Levels?

Are you familiar with the brand 'Feller Stone'? They sell real rock carved stone, not live rock.. I just wanted to know if that raises the PH in the water..

it's a 'Medium Rainbow carved' rock. haha. I brought it home from work, and i didn't bother to ask my manager about it. When I put it in the tank, it keep on having little strains of bubbles come out of areas.. so i got a bit freaked out and took it out.
