Yep, lots of livebears eat algae. My swordtails and guppies do to, it's really handy ^__^

I'm soooo glad to hear that. Set up my aquarium 2 months ago and was so worried that they were eating the algae!!!

algae is actually good for livebearers.my mollies will only eat spirulina algae.nothing else.

THATS OK BECAUSE MY TANK WAS SET UP 2 MONTHS AGO ASWELL AND I WAS SCARED TO BUTNOW EVEN MY BABY PLATY FRY ARE EATING ALGAE
