Do I Have Room With Current Stocking Level

Okay Tank is 55g stocking 11 black widow tetras
4 cories
2 bristle nose pleco
2 rapheal catfish
3 swordtails
1 dojo loach. Had 3 the others died.
Question

Can I leave the dojo alone as its very active and instead get 5 khuli's instead. And looking for one show fish are their any recommandstions.
Tank has been running for about 1 month with a Eheim pro 2224 and an ac 50 which was running for about 4 month 20 tank that was completely overstocked but had no issues

I think you'd be better off getting 1 or 2 more dojo loaches since they like company.
As for centerpiece fish I think a 3-spot gourami or even a pair of dwarf cichlids (like german rams or kribensis, though rams need CLEAN water at all times. ) would be nice.
I'm not sure too much about raphael catfish, so I'm not real sure how stocked your tank is, but if you have room those are the fish I'd try.

Return the Dojo for the khulis. and then maybe get a pair of rams. that would make your tank fullystocked.

Forgot I also have 2 rams. And they tend to stay hidden most of the time

Really? Mine were always out and about, unless maybe one of the other fish are stressing them. Hmmmm....

I would get rid of the Raphaels. They get to 20cm and need about 100l each, and they might nibble your cories during the night.

Either get rid of the dojo or get more, they like to be in groups.
