Do Gouramis Eat Guppies? Please Help

My guppie has lost most of his tail since this morning when I was him. He seemed fine.

I have one rainbow gourami and five tetras in a 60L tank.

I suspect the gourami is doing it. Although, can fin rot set in that fast. What shall I do to help him??

So do you think it will grow back, if I can treat him? There's only whispy grey stands now, where he had a full orange tail.

Can fin rot do this?

if the wound isonly on the fin it will grow back, but if it's to deep or if fin rot sets in the it may not.
