Do fishes enjoy social interacttion with me?

I always tell my fish how beautiful they are and how cute the babies are....they come to the front of the tank for me only, but that could be because I am the only one who feeds them....hard to tell...

One of my fish always goes to a certain spot in the tank whenever the cat is near the tank to tease her.....it sets her right off and the fish only goes there when the cat is watching!!!

Also, ATM, I am starting work at 5am....meaning getting up at 4am....naturally the tank lights don't get turned on that early but with the house lights on, quite a bit of light gets in the tank.....if I go to the tank and watch (in a semi-dark state), the fish can be seen to turn away from the light into darker areas of the tank....sometime I hear them say "Bright Light, Bright Light" in that gremlin voice (you know the one)

Where I worked in Wilmslow Victoria and david beckham used to visit to rent films.
They were in one day and she saw the film Fame and grabbed it and jumped into the air and shouted "fame" but banged her head on a hanging banner!!! Silly cow!
Her own kid laughed at her!

i also know this from school (a long time ago now though )

i knew what it was from remembering the word anthropomorphic.

its not this hard a word to understand once you break the word down into the small words that make it up.

My fish definately know the difference between me or Mike going to the tank, and a stranger. So yes I think they do enjoy watching me work out, or play on the computer. I also think they appreciate new or moving decorations. I think it would give them mental stimulation, as well as the impression that all the swimming they do is actually getting them somewhere.lol
