Does anyone know where to find the actual light unit part for cheap anywhere? Because I want to make my own hood but I don't know what part it is called. It surely can't be that expensive?

What sort of lighting?

You mean ballasts

And you also need holders

But none of that waterproof, you can get waterproof lamp holders, but I found it was as cheap to buy an actual unit if waterproof was required.
