Diy Led Need Help With Layout (Images)

I need help with the layout for a 20g planted tank. I am not using CO2 yet, nor any dosing system, but maybe I will upgrade in the future.
 
LED's are 3w 450nm, 660nm, cool white, green. Too much red?
