Hi

Just a quick one.

I was thinking of how to diffuse CO2 from my 5 litre DIY kit.

I have a Juwel internal filter. Could i not put the airline in at the bottom of the filter foams, so as co2 is injected, it has to pass through all the filter media to reach the surface, by which time it should be nearly dissolved. I was going to put it in the powerhead, but its not really that effective.

Any help, id appreciate it.

I was looking at ceramic diffusers. Are they really worth the money? Do they dissolve all co2?

You can indeed do that, the only problems I have heard are that it can create bubbles in the filter and then the filter 'burps' every now and then to clear them, there is also the issue of the plastic not being CO2 proof, but I'm not exactly sure about this, never actually tried it myself but I know people have and do, do it.
