Can someone tell me a good website to help me make a 3D background?

I have a 4ft tank and I really wanted a 3D rock background and I didn't want to have to join bits together, but the prices are silly!

I am really unsure on what cement and colours and sealer I can use, I was planning on using polystyrene as my uncle is a kitchen fitter I can get the packaging for free.

Are there any special tools that cut it easier with less mess or do I just go for it and deal with the mess later?

Also, how do I get silicone off the tank without leaving some behind or scratching it?
My tank has a plate of glass on the left at the bottom as the guy had some sort of internal filter in there and tbh didn't do so good a job and from the front the silicone looks a mess so just going to remove it.

There's a very good build on this site some were but I can not seem to find it.

Here is two others tho.

i made one (and a cabinet too), you can read about it here [topic="243078"]here[/topic]. sorry i think some of the pics are missing now...

however.... my naughty clown loaches managed to break through to the polystyrene

i have since added another coat of cement, and 3 coats of fibreglass resin (without fibreglass). the 3 coats was overkill (and doesn't look as good as it would have with fewer coats) but i didn't want the little buggers breaking through again

feel free to ask for any more help
