okay I am getting a Gold Suam from CM on thursday and in order to tame some of the agrression in the tank I am thinking of adding some dithers but what are some good ones to ass seeing as how I have never really had a reason to add them to any of my tanks before

Feeder fish would work, but they can be risky seeing as there are so many in a tank.
I added neons, they disapeared quite nice after 2 weeks.

Now I have 10 tiger barbs in there. They are fast and thus far I havn't lost any in my tank with 2 3" Jack dempseys.

well today I rescued 6 tin foil barbs, one of which only has one eye. 3 for my tank and 3 for my wife since I am starting to get a community tank together for her.

What size tank do you have and what's all in it? I can't remember.

Tinfoil barbs are one of the best dithers there are for cichlids if the tank is big enough.

My fav dithers are Mbunas.

right now they are all in a 55 gallon tank but I have my 75 going and have been thinking of doing a total switch around with my fish. putting my jack dempsey and the gold suam in the 75 and the malawi cichlids in my 55. but that is going to take about a month or more for me to get that compleated as I am going to change all of that gravel to sand as well.
