I have seen a 2ft RTC with a fully grown Oscar wedged in his mouth before in Taunton Aquarium centre (and this place has a rep of being the greatest marine specialists in the UK, even people fly in from America to buy stuff from this shop) about 6-7 years ago, they were in a 5x2x2, the staff were laughing about it, i think it was disgusting, deffo something for you to worry about mate.

I bet it really is beautiful to and deffo something i'd love to have if i had a heated indoor pond, but the problem is, when you buy these things, you get attatched, i did this with a male jaguar in my 4ftx18"x2ft and i refused to get rid of him, until he killed everything and couldn't turn around, then i had to get rid, and i felt like i had lost my dog or something, i was devastated.

Short term impulse buys is dangerous ground when you love your fish, like i KNOW you do.

I'm not having a go or preaching, we have all done something on impulse before that turned out badly.

decided to give Keith and Frank the tank to themselves until Frank gets really too big....

i will keep the banded headstander in there and add the megaladoras when i get chance to catch him..... dam fish spiked me last time
