yes it's true that clown loach after mature show their aggression.in my discus community aquarium i have no clown loach at present because they just disturb the peaceful behavior of discus.but you can keep juvenile clown loach.
i have discus for many years.most of the discus in my tank are now adult and they grow up from juvenile.once they get mature or adult they show no aggression in my tank.this is my personal experience,but you may face other problem.

cobalt blue, snakeskin and leopard discus are semi aggressive discus.so they'll obviously show aggression,i have my personal experience about this matter.so i keep those discus in another tank...
