3 nanacara anomala
3 keyhole
20 cardinal tetra
2 apistogama cacaduoes

keyholes will go to a friend
and there will be 2 angels only but may leave none
if needed will give away apistogama too

I`m asking due the fact i never kept these fish will this combination of tank mates be ok?

+ would 5 of them be comfortable in the tank

I'd probibly wait a couple of months longer, just to be sure the tank is fully mature, but otherwise (temperature asside, it's a tad too low. Ideally, that needs to be about 30c for long-term health) your plan sounds good.

Lack of research on the keepers part is the number one killer of these fish, so read, read, read everything you can about them before you go and buy them :good:

I would say keep the Apistos and Angels,Unless your planning on Breeding Discus.

I had my 3 Discus with 20 Cardinals, pair of Rams,2 Angels,20 Corydoras in a neutral PH using Tap Water only in a heavily planted 5ft tank, looked amazing.

The only things that I had problems with where the Rams, they used to last liek 6 months then die for no apparent reason so i gave up with them, got rid of the Cardinals and got myself a Uaru which grew to about 8" (with the Discus) then later sold the tank when i moved on to Marine.

As the others said, you plan seems pretty good.

I would also wait about another month, which gives you a little more time to do some extra research on these fish. Do you have gravel? How often do you do water changes? If you have gravel, and cannot do daily water changes then adult or possibly sub adult fish would be best.
