imageshack.us is an easy spot. Copy/paste what you had there into the upload box on that site, then copy the forum code it gives you back into a new post.

Chris. Go to imageshack.us as already suggested.

Click "Browse" and use that window to locate the file you want.

Then simply upload it and copy/paste the correct link (forums).
