Discus - Feeding

Any suggestions for discus food and how often to feed?

There are so many conflicting things I have read.

For adults heres what I do, 2-3 times a day, pellet such as Tetra Prima, flake food, frozen blood worms/ brine shrimp, Discuskin and occasional beefheart treats.
