Ok didn't know that about discus never kept them.
How he doing.

He actually seems quite a bit better now. Ill leave him in the qt tank a few more days.

Yes leave him issolated for another few days.
Fish can look like there getting better only to go downhill again.

His fins are clamped hes upright near the heater not moving. His slime coat is coming off. Not looking to good now.

How long has he been on the maracyn one and two.
Is he flicking and rubbing on things in the tank.

He is flicking now. He been on the maracyn for 3 days.

I blessed him yesterday it hasnt helped.

If he flicking it could be a parasite involved.
He does have excess slime aswell as that can point to parasties, bad water quality, bacterial.
What does his gills look like.
Any spots or colour change like a gold dust on him.

Have you checked water stats.
