Discus Advice Please

i live in south africa
would it be a good idea to filter my de-chlorinated tap water through some
carbon,filter mesh and peat before topping up my tank it
plz respond

hi,you can never over filter your water so i would say yes only here in uk we dont always use peat because most lfs keep thier stock of discus in a ph of 7.0 what do you keep your's in good luck
