dim bulb here

ok, so i put in new bulbs maybe two months ago. now one of them still looks great, but the other is maybe half as bright. i checked the connections and it all feels good/doesn't change. could something be up with my starter/ballast?

If you swap the bulbs around, does the same one stay dim? You may have a dodgy bulb.

When you said "dim bulb here" I thought you were going to talk about yourself. I'm related to quite a few dim bulbs, I've even been a dim bulb myself a few times but I can't do anything to help you with a real dim bulb. Sorry.
