When I shake it, some bubbles form(there is not a fizz that happens when I shake it), and the only ingredients areammonium hydroxide and surfactant. Thanks.

It will fizz for a second when shaken but the bubbles will go away fast. If the bubbles stay on the surface and foam up then its not the right one.

If it has surfectant's in it, it's the wrong stuff.

Aw, ok. I read that if I put flake food in the tank then it will rot and raise ammonia? Will that work and how long would it take for the ammonia to get higher if I did it that way?

Flake food isn't a recommended way of cycling a tank. Although possible it's not easy to measure exactly how much ammonia you are adding.

The correct ammonia should have ONLY 2 ingredients

1. Ammonia
2. Water

if your in UK then best places to go are boots or homebase

Surfactant is a fancy word for detergent. You do not want what will be called cloudy ammonia. The label in many places will call the right material clear ammonia. It will have no surfactants, no perfumes, no soaps. As Andy said, it will contain water and ammonia only. Cycling with fish food or prawns or any number of other decaying organics can be done but is much harder to control.
