Did You Hear About This One

i can see where murph is coming from it was a mistake from both parties one should of asked more one should of explianed more. but how far can staff go without being abused ive heard of staff being abused for asking to many questions. maybe sometimes even if we know what we are on about we should let staff ask questions without being abused so they ask everyone so this type of accident gets reduced from happening

If only people were that simple... people do get offended from stuff but i agree,.... iunno y they do... and i know the lfs workers arent gunna all be smart enough to think this way but i guess one way they can think of it is better off ask a question, get yelled at and not ask them anymore, but making sure the fish is gunna live (in this case the workers were close to the fish) and be healthy.

ANYWAYS im off to bed... have a good night people

Murph

good night.

i know at BIG AL's those people know their stuff. we went and said, tell us about this fish and he listed the temp range, pH fresh/brackish/salt and compatibility with other fish.

i wish it was my local pet store, instead of these crappy ones

I would not go as far as calling the couple stupid. You would be extreamly surprised to realize that a vast majority of people know nothing about fish. I once had a teacher ask me if my guppys were salt water. She was by no means an idiot; she was in her 50's and had just never kept fish or sought to know anything about them. Though theres no excuse for ignorance, im sure there are things that use fish people are equally clueless about.

I dont like most people either, cant' hate though. :good:
