My aquarium has been set up for a while and we have a 90L with four Cory cats, five tetras and a few guppies. I noticed in the tank today that it appears that SOMEONE has laid eggs????? I'm absolutely not a fish expert and would like some help identifying WHO did it and what will happen next??? Thank you!!

It's the corydoras.

The other fish will eat the eggs; but I don't think those eggs will hatch out anyway, I don't think they're fertile. Fertilised eggs are normally a pinkish/yellowish brown. If you wanted to breed your fish, you'd need to set up another tank.
