Diagnose Denisonnii Barb Problem

i have one denisonnii barb with a slightly bloated stomach. it seems a bit red and its scales are sort of bumpy. i cant describe it any better than that and ive uploaded a video but it isnt too clear. the barb in question is the one with the redish belly. its still feeding and seems as acttive as the others. sorry if my cichlids get in the way of your viewing, bloody parrots!!! can anyone advise me on what the problem might be?
