hi, how much does dechlorinator cost? i read in another web page that you can get it for 10 pounds and it will last around a year+. and also, how much does it cost (on average) for a gravel vaccume?

Seachems Prime is more expensive than other brands but lasts much longer. You can also consider buying pond dechlorinator. Do your research but it obviously comes in much bigger quantities and is better value for money.

gravel vacs are around £5 upwards (or a bit of tube with cost you £2-3) i use aquasafe iirc is £7-8 for the 250ml best to have a shop around on the net and ebay beleave it or not you can pick up some bargins in you lfs too
