Death Tonight

my breeding male firemouth died tonight, i am not sure why. I had just turned the lights off after the feeding and noticed him lethargicly swimming in circles and kind of floating down to the bottom, then coming back to the top. then he started to roll on his back and roll back over. he was also slowly opening up his mouth wide. does this describe some sort of disease or natural death?

All the symtoms he showed is signs of a dying fish.

How old was he.
Have you checked your water stats.

he was about 1 year old, he wasnt even full grown. i guess it was just his time. my water stats are normal. they havent changed in over 5 months.
