Dead shrimp

One of my shrimp died and my ghost shrimp is eating it, should I let it be or should I remove the body? Is there any signs that I can use to determine the cause of death?

I would remove the body. Anytime there is a death, test the water to make sure all the parameters are in check. If it is, keep a close eye on the other inhabitants for a while. Otherwise it could just be old age...
