Dead Neons

I woke up this morning to 2 dead Neons. I have a rather aggressive angel (only to my other angel and never to other fish, as of yet). Might the angel have killed them? They seem to have their tails missing, which points to the angel for me.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Kh - 3
Gh - 8
Nitrate - Roughly 10mg/l
Nitrites - 0

What is the ammonia level in the tank?
How long has the tank been set up for?
How long have you had the neons for?
Have you added anything new to the tank in the last 2 weeks?
When was the last time you did a water change and how much did you change?
