Dead Fish

OK i recently bought 4 guppies 3 female 1 male and 2 swordtail male and female. I was going to go back and buy more but i am now worried about their fish. My male guppy and one female are dead and the male swordfish. They all where acting strange before they died. Moving around less and staying in one spot. The male swordfish even starting swimming on his side before dying. Any advice? I still have 3 remaining fish 2 which are pregnant. I had these fish in my 10 gallon not my large one and i dont have a air stone in it could this be the problem?

Did u cycled ur tank before adding fish? U must be an average of 3 fish at the same time.

what are your water stats? ammonia? nitrite? nitrate? pH?

Yeap did that just need to test my water now. I didnt test it because of all my other fish doing so well. I am on well water and hubby mentioned something might be off on our water or its something that was wrong with them when i bought them.
