Dead Bristlenose

both of my BN plecs died within the space of a week and i dont know what caused this they were fien until i added my bichir which is 2.5-3" and the BN were 2" i was wondering if that was the cause because all my other fish are fine my water stats are ammonia 0 nitrite 0 and the ph is 7 does anybody have any ideas what could have caused this ?

Which tank were they in mate, both in the same or seperate tanks?

Were they in with the Tex by any chance?

they were both in with my tex and senegal but my tex didnt mind them when it was just them 3 they both died after i added the bichir but bichirs arent that aggressive are they ?

one of my younger ones died a few months ago didnt look into it much but if both died it is odd were they ok in the shop and dead fish in the shops tanks

i av had them for about 5 month and they were doing fine until i added the bichir im being drawn to the fact that it might be the bichir who killed them

it may not have een the birchir it may have been somthing it brought in like a disease thats why i asked if thier were dead fish in the tank you bought it in

no there was just 2 bichirs in the tank and the place i got it from is a well maintained aquatic store and my texas is fine i tested the water and all was fine its just puzzling what could of done this
