What's the difference between tank de-chlor and pond de-chlor aside from the price? Am needing a new bottle and wondered if it would be ok to use the pond stuff in my tank?

As far as I am aware...pond dechlorinator is just a bit more concentrated. Since it's difficult to overdose dechlorinator you should be fine, but of course do try to get a good estimate of what the correct dosage would be.
