Dawkinsia rohani...anyone play with these???

they look like maybe good tank mates to go with the Tin Foil barbs, when I move them out of the tank they are in... similar water temps & conditions

No, but they and their close relatives are definitely on my list of "someday" fish. @Boundava has kept some lipstick barbs (I think that's what they're called) that are closely related. Really gorgeous fish.

Like a lot of Asian barbs, they get to a good size, and 10 or more would be the whole tank. Beautiful creatures though.

yeah these are nice- they like flow, I reckon. Pretty colors- would be nice to see them swimming in the flow.

Actually I was thinking of mascara barbs. Silly name for an amazing fish.

Hello,
I actually had mascara barbs. They are absolutely gorgeous so active and they need a big tank. I had mine in 120 gallon but then I moved them to 125 gallon and they liked it better because of the extra length. If they weren't so expensive I would have got them again but they're about $20 a fish. I had a baker's dozen in my tank.
