Danios Mouth, Update

i discovered about a week ago a small white spot on my danios lip. i was told to buy some interpret anti internal bacteria.

whilst waiting for it to arrive i read that it could be just a bash and will go away. i have held off adding the medicine beause i have no Q tank.

the white spot has had no change of size or shape etc, just still there. there is no sign of it on any other fish.

can anyone advise me what to do now? thanks.

If it was a bash should of seen abit of improvement by now.
If no change to the spot when the med arrives I would add the med.
