Well if you like danios I think you might like this one.

No it is not a zebra danio cross leopard danio or any other mix.

It is a true type available that is normally sold as "gold ring danio" although there is another spiecies also being sold with the same common name.

I have many danio kyathits as does kerripaul on this forum

I am a little cheesed off the pics are not showing.

I presume you know that the bottom two pictures you have put on are not danio kyathits and the top one is the one I know as gold ring and not kyathits fang.

the bottom two are named something like hykari but dont quote me on the spelling of it.

oh you are so right. I'll amend them now :*)

GREAT PICS! It's sooo clear. How big is that fish? Never seen a danio that looks that good. Do you have any more pics?

Well it is zooooomed in but they are the size of a large aduly zebra danio (55-60mm). The colours are better that shown in the pictures as the fish are in show tanks and had not settled down when the pic was taken.

cool danio

why, may i ask, are they in those small containers? just for photos?

DD

those are the best danios ive seen... they are big! 5cm!

i cant beleive the wolf made a mistake with danios!

ya why are tehy in such small containters? temporary show tanks?

The reason they are in small tanks is because the pictures were taken at a couple of fish shows. They are in the tanks for 6 hrs or so depending. These fish are in 6"x4"x4" tanks.

It is also a good way to get good pictures too of other peoples fish. Fish that you may well never ever see or even know about.

I do have a load of pictures from other shows as well as some of my fish house and tanks.
