Damaged Guppy Fins & Tails

I have got some guppys, and they have a "slice" of there tail, and i am wandering how long will it take to grow back if it does grow back?
and is there anything i can do to speed up the healing of their tails?
Also there colours are fading why is this?

I also seperated my Shark, as i think he has been nibbling at their tails and chasing the guppys and baby swordtails away to get the food, I think he has gotten more aggresive lately, and might have to find him a new home...

Could throw in a bit of aquarium salt, when i got my first betta he had a bit of a mangy pectoral fin after i put some salt in it started to heal now its perfect

As for colours i don't know, check water parametres? could be them being stressed out by the shark aswell

I havent got any aquarium salt, and i am not sure if it could hurt the baby swordtails?
I read somewhere that they sometimes change the colour because they are stressed?
I think it could have been because of shark

well go and buy some, if not just make sure you keep the water clean, should be doing regular water changes with babies anyway, i'm not sure if it would harm the babies in anyway though.

Just see if the colour comes back with the shark being removed

ok, i will just stick with the clean water, as i change 50% water a week.
The shark hasnt been "removed" he just in a baby net for now, think it time he has new home
i dont tend to keep him there long
