D22 A 3ppm. NI 1.0 NA not measured
D23 A 1ppm. NI 0.25 NA 80ppm ph 8.3. Added 5mls ammonia
D24 A 2ppm. NI 0.5. NA 80ppm.
D25 A 0.5ppm. NI 0. NA 80ppm. Ph 8.3. Added 6.5 mls ammonia brought up to 4 ppm.
D21 A 1ppm. NI 0.25. NA 80ppm. Ph 6.6 (today)


Nitrates seem to have come on quite quickly from the start of the ammonia dropping. The only issue I am aware of is the sudden drop in ph on day 21. Is this due to the nitrates? I have added bicarb but I'm wondering if I should be doing a water change.

i would just keep testing daily and boosting with Bicarb when needed. No need for a W/C at this time.

No, no need for water change right now, the PH drop is fairly normal. Just let the Bicarb do its stuff

Since your nitrites are still low, there is no need for a water change. Doing one wouldn't hurt anything, but it won't help much more than adding some bicarb.
