Hi, I want to cycle my new 56 litre tank, can I just use a current filter from my normal tank for the new tank to cycle faster? Thanks in advance :)

Depends on what's going to happen with your normal tank! Are you talking about the tank in your signature? What's going to happen to the old stock? If you are keeping them you'll need to leave the filter in there otherwise they'll suffer a fish-in cycle since the vast majority of bacteria reside in the filter altho some will be dotted about the tank itself in the substrate, tho probably not in sufficient numbers to keep the fish healthy
If you are starting again without the old stock then you can put the filter from a 110L into a 60L tank and it should be ok as long as it has been kept well and the bacteria haven't been killed off.

I have 3 filters in my 110 and will put one in the new tank, after I put the already cycled filter in my new tank can the fish go in straight away?

If the 3 filters are an equal size you'd be transferring only 36L worth of cycled material. I'd do a fishless cycle with ammonia (even using that filter) - you should have a head start in the process and shouldn't take long to get up to snuff (link at the end of my signature if you need it)
