Hi folks.
Planning to set up an African Cichlids tank following the pinned info at the top.
I live in an area with v soft water (which my south american cichlids thrive in!) and appreciate that water quality will be a issue for me. I'm planning to use tufa rock and crushed coral sand so that should take care of the ph/kh issues - baking soda to hand just in case!
Just wondered what you might suggest as a candidate for cycling the tank (I was thinking mollies or such like, but what to do with them afterwards?) or am I better of going the fishless route?
Cheers
