Cycle With Heater?

If i remember correctly from other threads, you're doing a fishless cycle, right??

If so, putting a heater in the tank whilst cycling is a very good idea, it speeds up the process.

Hope that is what you meant.

As long as you have an air stone or a power head pointing up near the top of the tank then you can turn up the heater quite high and it will be beneficial.

I added my heater from the start, but didn't know it made a difference. Reading the comment from the other people then I'm sure I did the right thing

if you are wondering if it will damage the heater or not, im pretty sure it wont as long as you dont dump the whole bottle in there and if you do dump the whole thing in there, i would say fish keeping isnt for you
