Cycle End,. Maybe? Help

hey iv been fishless cycleing my tank for a month and half now. my tank will now process 3 ppm of ammonia in a 12 hour period. Im only adding ammonia every 24 hrs. every night my ammonia and nitrites will both be at zero so i will add 3 ppm ammonia. 12 hrs later in the morning my ammonia will read zero but my nitrites show about 5 ppm. i will test again 12 hrs later that night and both ammonia and nitrite will read 0ppm. Its been doing this for about a week now. Is my cycle done? or do i need to wait untill my nitrites are zero 12 hours after I dose with ammonia. let me know your thoughts. my PH is 8.2 and i just dropped my water temp down to 76 degrees. I don't think you have to wait any longer. I stocked mine when it was processing the nitrItes even longer, like 36 hour period and never got the minimum of a spike and I dosed only to 2ppm.
