The 20g, I bought more cabomba for it today.

I thought this was nifty  I call it... the Naturecube

Its just got some brine shrimp and a couple of bloodworms, I'm plannig on shoving in any pest snails I find, its not exactly big enough for anything else.

EDIT- scroll down for khuli picture and ultra mini fw pico

:hey: Naturecube lol
Funny guy,

I like the 20 g, very simple and clean, the driftwoood is very good shapes and setup very good.
I like the sand but it dosnt absorb nutrients for the plants hope your using ferts :)

But.. the sand does looks good.

Could use some more plants in foreground , depends what you wanna do with it

Uh, no. I'm not really a planty person, I occasionaly bung in some of the King British liquid plant food stuff, but thats about it.... :*) Yeah, I was looking for something for the foreground, I was possibly going to attempt to get my java moss to grow, or prehaps fork out for some anubias...

Is that a zebra danio I see? I didn't know people bought these for their actual tank - I thought they were bought for cycling!

What, in the first picture? Yup, theres 2 zebra and 6 leopard. I got them becasue I wanted something active instead of things like tetras that just sit around after they've settled in. And they do a great job in ensuring theres very little leftovers

Ah, yes.

So your not going to put a betta or anything in the NatureCube?

No, its only a beanie box, so about 1/2 a gallon or less. It'd be cool with an ADF or a few shrimp in, but its not big enough for them either. I'll just create something cool with small insecty things

This is such a cool picture. The black khuli hanging out in the cucumber. I love this little guy, such a character.

The ultra mini fw pico. I love doing this atm, taking something and making something naturally and cool. This has two snails (pest ones), more to probably be added when I find more.

Should get some exotic shrimp for the nature cube, like cherry shrimp or those little blue ones i've seen. I dont think brine shrimp live long in freshwater and bloodworms cant live in salty water.

The bloodworm die quickly even in freshwater, I ended up dumping all the ones I had left in for the cories, khulis and danios. The water, I dunno what its like, I'd assume either slightly brackish or freshwater with marine salt, but I don't know. They live for a while though, I've usually fed the last one to the fish before they die of naturally. Someone else mentioned shrimp, but I'm not sure, the base is only 4'' square or so.

That vase or the cube would be an ideal desk tank... except for the fact water and computers don't mix very well.

Cabomba is a fabulous plant... Except for when it falls apart... But until then it is fabulous. You've set that wood up very nicely.

A very visually pleasing tank :)

Yup, agree with that, although its about the only plant I've been able to keep alive, so never mind. Thanks for the comments everyone, although more would be nice (hint, hint)

More pics

Latest on 'Naturecube', it'll look better when the plants have filled out a bit. And the picture is rather rubbish.

How the betta tank arrangement is ATM, my plan is to put the plastic containers on the top shelf too.

Those plastic boxes are great for everything... I use them to soak wood, store my fish equipment when it's not being used and as a tempery home for my lizzards if I need to clean their viv out.

Yet another great idea for them... Where will their uses end?
