Custom Led Lighting Units

Custom LED lighting units built, can be made from bare pine so you can stain them yourself to match your decor, any wattage you require. Can also be made to look very modern with aluminium hollow bar, these units can be made with legs to sit above your tank or without so you can fit them inside your hood or suspend them with the appropriate kit. By letting me know what tank size you have, what plants you would like to grow or whether its just for lighting a tank without plants it can be made to suit your needs. Also I just want to make people aware that the height of the unit above your tank will depend on how strong the lighting is, in some cases you may need it suspended to keep lighting levels low enough for your needs as LED's are powerful. These have a 20 year life span if you use them on a daily 8 hour photo period and give a beautiful shimmer on the plants and substrate. For all first orders I wont make a penny on either, all first orders will be made at cost of materials.

(I'm not sure on wattage etc but is the price gap big from lighting for planted tanks and lighting for just light?)

Well it depends on whether this is for just lighting the tank or if you want to grow plants and then what plants lol, for just lighting its much cheaper than a planted lighting unit as the LED's only need to light the tank where as with a planted set up you need to work out how much lighting you need for what you want to grow and adjust the amount of LED's and the size of the power supply needed accordingly. I need exact dimensions of the tanks mate ideally, so two low light and the Marina high or high ish light? LED's are quite powerful.

hi Steve. do you still make the LEDS? wouldn't mind one for my juwel rio. its 121cm by 41cm. its a malawi set up so won't be growing any plants but id like it quite bright. cheers mate.

Hi Steve my pms aren't working fr some reason could be interested in this for my tank. I've got a 100cm by 50cm bullett shaped tank that would need this enclosed ideally bright just in case I add plants. I can send some pics etc o the tank if you like l see what you can do.
