Custom Built 500L

could not believe it other day when i got home from work. Turns out our neighbour had popped his head over fence and told our lass he was just about to get rid of his tank and wondered if we wanted to swap it for our rabbit hutch house we no longer have use for. His tank was custom built to fit in the alcove, our house is same layout so would have fitted like a glove. Trouble is our lass said no. I just cant believe it.

What the hell was she thinking. I asked her why she said no and the answer she gave wasn't what i imagined it would be. Her answer was that she had told her brother he could have hutch a few months ago.
HELLO! If he wanted it that bad he's had long enough to get it.

I just cant bloody believe it!

Am i right to be peed off?

Aw, I feel very sorry for you Rover fish! Have you gone around to ask about it, just incase they still have it and might sell it to you for a cheap price?

yeah i asked and he had got a friend to pick it up that night. He just wanted rid asap. His friend gave him £20, i would happily have paid more and still give him the rabbit hutch. Worst of this is that the missus asked me this afternoon what size tank i might get next as she thinks one will look nice in the alcove "like next door had" btw she was serious aswell
