ok so i know that veil tails are the most common tail types, but does anyone know where i can find like a rarity list of tail types? most common to the rarest?

I think I would like to know this too! Veiltails definately, then HM and CT are next likeliest. Rarer ones I would say, at least from personal experience is doubletails, neeeevver seen one myself (would snap up instantly if did). Feather and Rose tails are also very uncommon unless have sources and can import or know a breeder. Of course once you have tail types you then cross the border to tail types and patternings...

woah, thats cheap for some reason, i thought somethibng like that would go for £25.

That is a double tail but its also a butterfly.

Have a look at a DTVT (double tail, veil tail)

lilacamy: i just went to my lfs yesterday and they have several double tails! its a petco...they had a really good selection!

Yep..

I Like the betta in my Avater.

Saddly its not mine ( Hope one day i can get one simular )

when i looked at the double tails in the lfs they didnt look like they had fin rot or anything like that but i didnt pay attention to if they were equal. partly because they were on a shelf a foot above my head...not hard to do seeing as im just under 5 foot tall

ill have to take a better look next time i go there....they all had crystal clear water and good colors, seemed to be taking ok care of them aside for the fact they are in cups:( its so sad to see them in those things.
